Two of my sister in laws have birthdays this week, so that called for some stamping! This first card is for my brothers wife. She loves yellow! Her car is actually yellow! So, I thought it would be a good time to pull out the Daffodil Delight!I used the new Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folder. I covered the inside of the folder with Daffodil Delight ink and then put the paper into the folder and ran it through the Big Shot. So, the ink only came where it wasn't embossed. I love this effect.
Then I used my markers to color the flowers. Two of them I cut out and adhered with dimensionals.
This White Organza ribbon has long been my favorite. Yesterday, I thought...I wonder how it will take ink? Well, it took it well. I simple ran the ribbon under my finger and over the ink pad and it turned yellow! It needs to dry for a minute and could easily smear, but it worked well.
So, now my favorite ribbon is even my "more favorite" ribbon. And, it also explains why SU! hasn't introduced it in any other colors because I can make it any color I want too!!!
